bare Azure: a fes between 3 Cressantes

Argent /

And for his Crest, Vpon a Torce

of his Colours, a Demy Black-

Moore, with a Wreath about

his head, and a Dart in his hand./

Sir Charles Smith, of Wotten Wa

wen, Now Lord Carington, beare

Argent a + Gules between 4 Peacocks

heads Erased with Necks Proper/

And for his Crest, Vpon a Torce

of his Colours a Like Peacocks head

Erased Gorged with a Coronett Or/

Shakespear, the great Poet

and Commedian, bare [Or]: on a

Bend [Sable]: a Spear [Argent]./

And for his Crest, Vpon a Torce

of his Colours, a Doue Volant

or Eagle/
